Will [insert past design] be available again in the future?

It depends! If it’s a one-of-a-kind or custom piece, unfortunately it won’t be. But if it’s part of one of our staple collections, like the engraved bands and pendants, you’ll likely see it restocked 2-4 times in a calendar year. A staple design is currently sold out on the website, can you make me a custom version?

You’ll have to wait for the next drop; Kindred does not make custom versions of existing designs.

I have a stone; can Kindred use it in a custom piece or put it in a staple design? 

Kindred does not work with client-provided stones, since sourcing the stone is an integral part of her process. 

Can Kindred make me something with a lab-grown stone?

No; Kindred works exclusively with natural stones. 

When will [insert design here] be back in stock?

Probably within the next year, but if a restock hasn’t been announced yet, we can’t share a date. The best way to stay updated on restocks and new drops is to subscribe to our newsletter. 

What is your return policy?

You may return an item within five days of delivery, provided there are no scratches or damage. If the item is a ring and we have resized it for you, you’ll be charged a restocking fee. If you have had it resized by someone else, it is not returnable. Custom pieces are not returnable. See our full policies in detail here. 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship domestic and internationally using secure shipping services. Due to customs and tariffs, you may be charged a higher shipping fee. International clients, please be aware of your VAT taxes. Domestic shipments are sent express overnight via Fedex or UPS. See our full policies in detail here. 

Do you charge tax? 

Taxes are charged for the state you’re purchasing from. If you’re outside the U.S., no U.S. sales taxes are charged.

Does Kindred work with [insert metal]?

For custom pieces, Kindred will work with your preferred metal, whether that’s yellow gold, white gold, or platinum. When it comes to her one-of-a-kind designs and her staple designs, those are primarily made in yellow gold and occasionally platinum. 

Can I try on a piece before I buy it?
